We live in turbulent times of constant change, which triggers uncertainty but also offers great opportunities for courageous changes and a sustainably value-creating, people-centered orientation of organizations.

As a systemic consultant, I support leaders in developing and implementing a culture of appreciation, contemporary structures, and effective processes of collaboration. This enables employees to unfold their strengths and potentials, and for a lively, adaptable, and effective organization to develop.

My years of experience, successes, and especially failures as a manager in global corporations and family businesses have taught me that there is no one-size-fits-all recipe for successful transformation. However, there are methods, interventions, and systemic principles whose application supports successful organizational development and, in the best case, ensures that employees become participants and active co-creators. I am happy to contribute to this as an initiator, companion, supporter, and coach.

I live with my wife and two daughters in Salzburg, where I enjoy the cultural, sports, and recreational offerings and the great restorative value provided by the proximity to lakes and mountains.
