We work in these areas as experienced consultants for change processes and as trainers for in-house programmes. Many of our consultants have been business coaches for many years: with this expertise, we support various clients on their personal journey and resolve organisational conflicts. We have also been working with our own open academy for 40 years, where we offer a variety of training programmes – from leadership formats to renowned business coaching training. Our formats take place in various seminar hotels throughout Germany.
Our trainings take place in wonderful locations, which we select with great dedication. Our partner hotels perfectly match the needs of each seminar theme. Thus, we hold personality-focused formats in places with strong character, and for methodological focuses, we choose locations with clear lines and an innovative environment.
