Thomas Boysen

Born in 1954 in Lübeck

Trained as a banker and business economist, I spent many years working in personnel development for a major German bank, a significant portion of it in leadership roles.

Even back then, one of my main tasks was supporting individuals and teams through development and change processes. In 1994, I chose to become self-employed and have since worked as a business consultant and trainer.

I joined ComTeam in 2012. My professional focus continues to be on facilitating change – from coaching individuals to conceiving and implementing change management processes for organizations.
