Every company and every team are different because the people who work there are different. In today’s “war for talents,” these individuals have very different expectations for self-actualization, meaning, and flexibility of their workplace. Handling these expectations is crucial. I believe that every person possesses unique talents, which they can only bring to fruition in flexible settings.

I am an experienced HR and organizational developer with many years of exceptionally diverse practice. I have worked as an executive in line management positions as well as leading development projects. Additionally, I have gained extensive experience outside of management as a developer, consultant, assessor, coach, change facilitator, and trainer. I have vast experience in the design and implementation of executive development, talent management, and junior programs, in mentoring, diversity, and change projects. In recent years, I have delved particularly into the topic of New Work and implemented profound projects there.

I support individuals and organizations in all these fields, especially in the transformation towards modern corporate culture and new forms of collaboration. Leadership is always a central multiplier.

Besides my university education in linguistics and psychology, I have formally advanced my education with an MBA in International Management Consulting.

I am passionate about different cultures. I love to travel and speak four languages fluently. Sports and family provide me with the necessary energy to continue my personal development.
