In my career, whether as a manager or as a consultant for organisations, teams and managers, this has always stuck with me. I consider supporting our customers in this way to be both a privilege and a duty.
The implementation perspective is familiar to me thanks to over 15 years of management experience in personnel and organisation, predominantly on an international basis and at an executive level.

As a coach, I also feel strongly about helping managers to perfect their personal navigational skills. And as a team developer and trainer, the specific issues of our clients are also a key concern for me. An analytical and practical approach are just as important to me here as process and methodology expertise and an attentive and open-minded attitude.
