Annabelle von Creytz

Born in 1974 in Northern Germany, business economist with numerous additional qualifications in systemic coaching, consulting and constellations, change management, transactional analysis, and project methods.

After completing my dual studies in business administration, I worked for 15 years in project management (trade fairs), international marketing (public sector), and human resources (consulting), including six years of leadership responsibility as a deputy managing director, HR manager, and manager. During this time, I implemented various change processes such as company spin-offs, start-ups, staff expansion and reduction, strategy development, culture and organizational development, until I started my own business in 2009 as a consultant, trainer, and coach.

In my work, I create spaces for trustworthy, open communication that promotes self-responsibility, cooperation, conflict resolution skills, and solution orientation. On this basis, I support companies, teams, and executives to reach their real goals together and to work as the person they truly are.

My working languages are German and English.

With my husband and two children, I live near Frankfurt, drawing strength from nature and enjoying skiing, tennis, and spirituality.
