Theresa Krupp

Born in 1984 in Nuremberg, I studied Cultural Sciences and Journalism in Dortmund and am a trained systemic organizational developer, trainer, and facilitator. I am an expert in change management, internal communication, and agile working practices.

My motivation as a consultant is to contribute to vibrant organizations and sustainable change processes. Professionally dealing with transformation, communication, and collaboration within organizations in various roles since 2012, I have supported a diverse array of projects, leaders, and teams on their journey. Together with my clients, we examine changes with a comprehensive 360° view that encompasses people and culture as much as the corresponding systems and processes. On this foundation, we design change processes that create space for participation and enable iterative learning.

In my role as a trainer and facilitator, my clients benefit from my extensive methodological expertise and many years of experience in designing group processes. It is especially important to me to combine new work methods with the existing strengths of the people within the organization. Authentic encounters, an inspiring exchange, and co-creative work make our collaboration particularly successful for me.

From Thailand to Brittany, I love spending my free time by, on, and under the water. Not only for this reason, but I also recently moved to live near Chiemsee.
