Peter Kraushaar

As a coach, facilitator, and moderator, I support executives, teams, and organizations that are facing or are in the midst of change, so they can better utilize their abilities, master the challenges, and generate effectiveness.

My focus areas are identification & personality, leadership & team, and new placement of specialists and executives. I coach with a clear view of complex interrelationships and with a lot of empathy for the individual within the system.

As an executive, I have initiated and experienced many changes in international companies, particularly in marketing. For the past nine years, I have worked as a business coach and management consultant. I am a certified business coach from FU Berlin, a mental coach, a design thinker, and a graduate of the Foundation Program “U-Theory”.

As a graduate in business administration, I studied labor and organizational psychology with Lutz von Rosenstiel and today, I myself teach at the UdK and IMK in Berlin. I successfully pass on my knowledge about professional turning points and reorientation. Additionally, I am involved in various educational projects for the development and further education of young people in their professional careers.

I am fascinated by the twist between tradition and modernity, between the Latin American metropolis and the powerful silence of nature, between the creative economy and traditional companies.
