Niklas Berend

Grew up in the Hunsrück region. Studied in Mainz. Professionally settled and developed in Berlin.

Since 2016, I have combined my passion for learning and development with various professional positions. As an L&D expert, in-house consultant, and executive, I have become familiar with the cultures and structures of international consulting firms as well as top institutions in the European health sector. I have been incorporating the elements of my diverse experiences into my work as a business coach since 2022.

It always excites me to be able to accompany people and organizations in their professional challenges and to discover and design suitable paths and solutions together with them.

Beyond my professional roles and tasks, I recharge my energy and find inspiration in long walks, running, and traveling. I find balance with family and friends.
