Monika Jödden

Born in 1975 in Bonn, I have been a consultant, trainer, and coach at ComTeam AG since 2017.

With a degree in Psychology and further training in systemic organizational consulting, large group methodologies, New Work, and project methods.

After studying psychology in Münster, focusing on HR management and communication, I have been accompanying people, teams, and organizations through changes for over 20 years. In this time, I have gained experience in various national and international company areas and the non-profit sector.

I am interested in people, their perspectives, and their different organizational cultures.

In my work at ComTeam as a consultant, I lead and support the development processes of individuals or groups, and people and organizations in change, helping them master their journey. Whether digital or analog, facing VUCA, disruption, or transformation – for me, it’s always about the people who make the difference when it comes to successfully adapting to changing conditions, especially when they are open to new thinking. The following aspects are particularly important to me: meaningful collaboration, effective leadership, shaping work culture, and creating values. I also enjoy working in English.

I live with my family in Ingolstadt. In my free time, I love to travel, delve into the Dutch language, and I am a beekeeper.
