Martin Gros

Born in 1965, I have been part of ComTeam since 2000.

As a management consultant, I assist in the construction of change architectures, ensure sound content solutions, and advise executives and project managers. As a trainer, I qualify leaders across various hierarchical levels and train process and change managers.

I find working as a sparring partner for project leaders and clients particularly engaging. I also relish working with large groups and the regular support of leadership teams. My “interludes” – time in banking, studying “Strategic Management and Organisation” (Business Economics), many years of consultancy in medium-sized businesses, the public sector, and corporate level, a systemic further education and various other qualifications in both hard and soft skills have all shaped my actions today.

I enjoy the magnificent nature of Upper Bavaria and am inspired by friends, travels, commitments, newspapers, and books. My success project as a family man: maintaining the balance!
