Lorenz Forchhammer

With a background in social sciences and philosophy, I have spent decades shaping the transformation of organisations and their corporate cultures. 

Born in 1957 and specialised in systemic consulting and project methods, I became a Senior Partner and member of the Executive Board at ComTeam AG in the 1990s, contributing to the growth and development of the ComTeamGroup until 2014. 

Since co-founding CULTURIZER GmbH in 2018, I have been developing tools and frameworks for measurable, successful cultural development processes – drawing on many years of entrepreneurial and consulting experience and using cutting-edge methods from didactics and data science. 

Today, I design and advise on cultural development projects for large and medium-sized companies and corporations, work as an author, and teach on the MBA programme at the Berlin School of Economics and Law, focusing on “Structural and Cultural Dimensions of Transformations.”
