Lorenz Forchhammer

An Executive Consultant and Coach with extensive entrepreneurial experience and many years serving as Managing Director and Executive Board member at ComTeam AG. Senior Partner at ComTeam AG until the end of 2020.

Born in 1957 and educated in social sciences with specialisations in Systemic Consulting and Project Methodologies. Currently, my primary role involves working as a Culturizer Project Consultant for cultural development projects.
In addition, I lecture at the Berlin School of Economics and Law.

In 2018, I became a founding partner and associate of CULTURIZER GmbH, serving as a “Dialogue Architect and Toolmaker” for digital dialogue methods, and as a facilitator for the strategic and operational implementation of cultural work (Team-Journeys). I am the author of several books and numerous articles on change processes, complex decisions, and the methodology of corporate culture processes.
