Martina Schlosser

As a social worker with a focus on sustainable social structures, I have always focussed on people in processes. I am fascinated and motivated by taking people seriously, respecting them and designing systems in such a way that they can make the best possible use of their potential.

In project management, I particularly support large-scale projects on an organisational and didactic level. My studies in social work and management, including my many years of working with people in a wide variety of problem situations, have provided me with the necessary tools for this. I am currently acquiring additional expertise in the part-time Master’s programme in Sustainability Management and am always open to innovations that shape our working world and in some cases turn it completely upside down.

In addition to project work and the sustainable design of development processes, art and culture are particularly close to my heart. Whether it’s classical or pop culture, I’m passionate about it and like to be a bit ‘nerdy’. To balance things out, I also like to be active in nature or let off steam myself with art, music or other creative pursuits.
