I have always found people more fascinating than numbers – a realization that came to me during my studies in international business economics. Subsequent training and further education in occupational and organizational psychology, moderation, change management, and becoming a systemic coach were a logical step for me.

Curious about the diversity of companies and how they function, I gained experience in various industries and roles before entering organizational consulting. Since then, I have accompanied a variety of large and small change processes such as strategic realignment, mission statement development, introduction of new processes and systems, culture and team development, or executive development through consulting, coaching, and training.

With the founding of my family, I moved into the personnel development department of a bank to be able to reconcile career and family in a part-time position. Now, I work with passion as a consultant, trainer, and coach for ComTeam, supporting individuals, teams, or organizations in their changes. What guides me in this? Two basic understandings: “Change is a constant process, stability is an illusion.” And: “A good consultant becomes redundant eventually.”

After stays in Vienna, Germany, and Switzerland, I now live near Innsbruck with my husband and our two children, where I enjoy the nature and people.
