As a consultant and trainer, I have spent many years advising and supporting companies, departments, and teams through changes such as post-reorganization, mergers, and strategic realignment; my focus was on the structure for successful changes, implementation, and work on corporate culture. Moderating decision-making processes and supporting leadership teams were also part of my work, as well as training and coaching executives.

From 1999 to 2020, I served on the board of ComTeam AG. During this time, I experienced leadership with all its challenges, highs, and lows, seized opportunities, managed growth, and also helped build and shape the ComTeamGroup.

With this background, I accompany change and culture projects and am active as an executive coach for individuals and teams. I also assist with the handover and assumption of leadership positions.
My family, home and garden, and various sports activities provide a good balance.
