Qualified psychologist with a wide range of qualifications in systemic organisational consulting, change management, personnel and management development, coaching and mediation.

I began my professional career by studying architecture. During this time, I realised that although I was enthusiastic about designing people’s living spaces, it was people themselves who were at the centre of my interest. So I changed subjects and completed a degree in psychology, specialising in occupational and organisational psychology, in Mannheim. For over 20 years now, I have been supporting people in their professional contexts – whether in large-scale industry, finance, medium-sized businesses, start-ups or family businesses.

I work from a deep conviction that every person has the potential for personal development and growth – and the desire to realise this potential.

At ComTeam, I support individuals and teams in their development – whether in our open academy programmes or in specially designed curricula for our clients.

With my many years of experience in change processes and cultural change, I help organisations develop appropriate approaches and implement them sustainably.

Whether locally or internationally, I am also happy to work in English and in intercultural contexts.

My life is centred in beautiful Karlsruhe. With the Black Forest nearby, my husband and I enjoy many relaxing breaks in nature, which can be wonderfully combined with culinary delights in nearby Alsace.
