Elke Adamer

As a consultant and trainer, I stand for the systemic support and advice of individuals, teams, and organisations in various phases of learning and change processes.

After studying business administration in Vienna, Pittsburgh, and Paris, my first foray was into the private sector, where I gathered over 15 years of leadership experience in strategy, marketing, and transformation within international corporations. My various roles involved me in organisational changes, communication, culture, and new, agile ways of collaboration.

My training in coaching and change management intensified my interest in effective developmental and change processes. Ever since, my consulting work aims to inspire people for change and to interlink the development of organisations and individuals. My motivation is to create a learning culture that fosters self-responsibility and potential development. Together with my clients, I create spaces for participation, reflection, and new actions.

I live in Tyrol with my husband and two sons and prefer spending my time in nature. Skiing, mountain climbing, and yoga are my personal sources of energy.

My working languages are German and English.
