People are more exciting than numbers – I discovered this during my international business studies. Training and continuing education in occupational and organisational psychology, moderation and change management and training to become a systemic coach were the next logical steps.
Curious to know about the different ways in which companies are structured and function, I gained experience in a range of sectors and roles before getting into organisational consulting. Since then, I have been involved in a variety of large and small change processes such as strategic realignments, mission statement development processes, the introduction of new processes and systems, cultural and team development and management development as a consultant, coach and trainer.
When I started a family, I took a role in personnel development at a bank so that I could combine a part-time job with family life. Now, in addition to looking after the family, I am following my passion as a consultant, trainer and coach for ComTeam, supporting people, teams and organisations in their change processes. What guides me in this task? Two basic principles: "Change is a constant process, stability is an illusion." And: "A good adviser is sometime superfluous."
After spending periods of time in Vienna, Germany and Switzerland, I now live near Innsbruck with my husband and two children and very much enjoy the nature and people here.
