Bettina Schäfer

I have been working in the field of training, consulting, and coaching since 1994. Prior to this, I was an independent entrepreneur and project manager at a further education academy with leadership responsibilities. Additional qualifications in process management, mediation, facilitation tools, structural constellations, systemic process support, and change have broadened my skills. In 2012, I founded the company “Lichtpunkte setzen” (Setting Light Points).

For almost 20 years now, I have been supporting companies and executives in their processes, leading team workshops across all hierarchical levels, coaching managing directors, senior employees, and staff. My practical experience includes team development measures and leadership training for industrial workers, skilled workers, journeymen, and commercial employees in the manufacturing industry, as well as leadership training modules for employees, including apprentices in the insurance and banking sectors.

Other sectors I have worked in include trade, IT, service companies, family businesses, city administrations, and social enterprises.

Listening, experience, and appreciative respect are the cornerstones of my work. “Setting light points” means for me: Creating an awareness of one’s own human processes, as well as team and company processes, lays the foundation for change and development.
