We live in turbulent times of permanent change, which triggers uncertainty, but also offers great opportunities for courageous change and a sustainable re-alignment of organizations. ​

As systemic coach and organizational developer, I have been supporting executives since 2009 in implementing effective structures and appreciative forms of collaboration so that employees can unleash their full potentials and a lively, adaptable and successful organization develops. ​

My many years of experience, the successes and failures as a manager and leader in global corporations and family businesses – including Mondelez, Paulaner, Red Bull – have taught me that there is no patent remedy for leadership in times of change. However, there are methods, interventions and systemic principles that promote positive developments and ensure that employees become participants and active co-creators. I am happy to contribute to this as an impulse giver and facilitator.​

I live in Salzburg with my wife and two daughters, where we enjoy the cultural, sporting and leisure activities on offer and the great recreational value offered by the proximity of lakes and mountains.
