Dominik Aumüller

Implementation-oriented, focused on the customer’s needs and utilizing existing resources and experience within the system – that is how I would briefly describe my approach as a coach and organizational consultant.

During my 15 years as a management consultant and executive at a global player in the sporting goods industry, I repeatedly witnessed how technically sophisticated ideas failed to have a sufficient impact within the organization, mostly due to a lack of acceptance and motivation among some of the workforce. In my observation, this evident resistance to change was often exacerbated by the top management’s unwillingness to expose themselves, take bold steps forward, and see themselves as (essential) actors in the transformation.

I am constantly inspired by my systemic approach, my intuition for interpersonal dynamics, and my sound methodological knowledge, which I use to effectively support client systems in developing truly suitable solutions, getting everyone on board with the change process, and maintaining a good balance between change and preservation.

I live in Salzburg with my wife and three children and enjoy the diverse outdoor opportunities my surroundings offer in every season, whether it’s cycling, mountaineering, skiing, or cross-country skiing.
