Andrea Bandt

Born in 1967, I am a business economist with numerous further qualifications in Systemic Coaching, Systemic Consulting, and Project Methods.
After my studies in business administration, I worked for more than ten years in industry, including five years in executive positions. Today, I incorporate my business experience and my passion for topics such as leadership, strategy, culture, and change into my work as a business coach, organizational consultant, and trainer. Additionally, I am a teaching coach at the Institute for Organization and Management at the Free University of Berlin. My work is therefore based on very practical experience, complemented by a variety of certified training and further education.

I take pleasure in going on a journey of discovery with my clients to find the relevant difference and the emerging future. In this sense, consulting for me means creating a framework to bring all potentials, strengths, and competencies to light and to be the designer of an energetic, co-creative process.
Something that lies close to my heart, outside of my traditional field of activity, is supporting children and young people in their education and further training. And when I’m not working, I am mostly engaged in crafts and design as a hobby and for fun.
