I am passionate about the growth and development of people and organisations. For over 15 years, I have been shaping and guiding learning and change processes as a consultant, facilitator, and coach. My focus is constantly drawn to what drives individuals and what they need for positive development—whether as individuals, within teams, or across the entire organisation.

My clients benefit from my broad practical experience as an internal HR and organisational developer, a leader, and an external consultant, which enables me to empathetically understand situations and aptly assess business requirements and interconnections.

As a systemically trained psychologist, former university lecturer, and agile coach and process architect, I bring methodological and subject-matter expertise to the table: for new perspectives and custom-tailored, sustainably effective solutions.

My approach is characterised by respectful interaction and an unbiased eye for the needs and possibilities of my clients. A healthy dose of playful curiosity and humour are essential to me when it comes to finding suitable solutions together, alongside a serious interest in others and acknowledging existing challenges.

I live in Cologne, where as an enthusiastic Lindy Hopper, I indulge my love for music and movement. It is from here that I explore our world—through travel, in thought, texts, and conversations with fascinating people.
