Business studies at the LMU Munich.
Further education in systemic coaching, process consulting and team coaching.

It fulfills me to observe how individuals and groups learn and develop when they meet in an appreciative and safe setting. Creating spaces for such exchange is an important goal for me. Facilitating clients to connect, with themselves and others, thus enabling perspective change and transformation.

I enjoy working in an international context and believe in pragmatic and practice-oriented solutions.

I live with my family in Munich. Besides family time, my personal sources of energy include walks in the forest with our dog as well as traveling and Pilates.
