With many years of experience as a trainer, project manager, and leader of a continuing education business, I have frequently witnessed the energy that can be released through training, facilitation, and coaching and the subsequent transformations it can bring about.

On a personal note, I cherish change and harmony: through music with my violin and guitar, in the mountains as a hiking guide and skier, and at home as a father and partner.
