I am fascinated by supporting learning and change processes for individuals and groups. For over 15 years, I have been leading and accompanying executives and teams in their development processes, and my enthusiasm continues to grow.

With clarity, appreciation, and a high level of process competence, I work as a consultant in personal and organizational change processes. As a mediator, I conduct discussions to clarify difficult situations and mediate conflicts. As a coach, I particularly accompany executives in their professional development processes and in questions of balancing performance and self-care.

My self-concept is to create spaces where leaders and employees can address the issues facing their organization. Collaboratively uncovering and addressing the underlying dynamics is a fundamental aspect of my work with individuals and teams. This is often a vital step that drives sustainable development: Overlapping resources are released, opportunities become visible, and impulses for change gain momentum.

I live in Augsburg with my husband and our two children. I am curious and enjoy trying new things—whether it’s in sports, the arts, or cooking for family and friends.
