I am the Managing Partner of ComTeam Organisationsentwicklung GmbH, a Senior Consultant & Trainer, and a lecturer at the Management Center Innsbruck and the University of Applied Sciences Vienna.

My background includes a wealth of experience in international corporations (American, French, German-Japanese) within the telecommunications and IT industries, focusing on consulting, customer management, and sales leadership.

As a trained economist and computer scientist, I make it a point to look beyond the horizon and analyze challenges from various perspectives. A thorough analysis is an excellent starting point for moving in the right direction.

In my consulting work, a systemic understanding is crucial to guide individuals, teams, and organizations in a cohesive movement.

Sales consulting, leadership, and change management are my areas of expertise. I thoroughly enjoy collaborating across disciplines with colleagues to manage more complex issues for our clients.

I live in Lans near Innsbruck, where I relish the mountainous landscape. I have a passion for travel and love spending time with my family (wife and five-year-old son) and friends.
