Susanne Krismer

The focus and passion of my consulting work is accompanying individuals, teams, and organizations through change and cultural processes.

Since 2012, I have led the organization and project management division at ComTeam Austria. My deep engagement with these subjects has intensified my fascination with change projects and corporate culture. Building on my commercial training and my studies in Slavonic languages, I completed a part-time degree in “Business and Management” with a focus on HR and organizational development at the Management Center Innsbruck. In addition, I have enriched my consulting skills with various trainings and further education in moderation, change management, and culture development. Beyond my work at ComTeam, I design and support various projects in the non-profit sector, which provide additional experience that enriches my professional activity.

I live in Innsbruck and enjoy spending my leisure time with friends, doing yoga, and being in nature.
