Susanne Krismer

At the heart of my work as a systemic consultant and trainer lies the question of how organisations can deal with change effectively — not despite their complexity, but with it. Shaping participation, making change work: this succeeds when there is clarity about what is fixed and what is truly open to change.

 I have been working with ComTeam in Austria since 2015, today as a cooperation partner with a focus on consulting and training in cultural development, change processes and qualification. Previously, I led the Office and Project Management department for several years. This interface work continues to shape my perspective on organisations: between structure, dynamics and lived practice.

 Building on my commercial training and my studies in Slavic languages, I completed a part-time degree in Business & Management with a focus on Human Resources and Organisational Development at MCI Management Center Innsbruck. I deepened my expertise through further training in Art of Hosting, facilitation, change management, business coaching and conflict management.

 Alongside my work at ComTeam, I am involved in the non-profit sector — a context beyond classic business logic that broadens my perspective on organisations.

 I live in Innsbruck and find balance in movement, culture and nature: through yoga, hiking and encounters that open up new perspectives.
