Nina Antoniazzi

The growth of people and organizations is what drives my work. I support executives and teams during periods of change and realignment, working with them to shape development in such a way that companies continue to evolve while people remain clear, authentic, and effective. It’s about growth with clarity—economically viable and personally coherent, for the business and the people behind it. 

For over 15 years, I worked in international management and development roles in a global corporation – with positions in Europe and five years in Hong Kong. During this time, I experienced first-hand what change feels like in everyday life: new markets, new structures, new teams – and in the midst of it all, people who need guidance and have to make good decisions.

 Today, I work at the intersection of business, leadership, and development. I combine my experience with a systemic view of organizations. It is important to me to provide consulting that creates clarity, strengthens responsibility, and enables real movement.

 I prefer to recharge my batteries on the golf course, on the yoga mat, or while traveling – especially in big cities and by the sea.
