Katrin Troyer-Socher

After my studies, I gained my first experiences as a consultant, coach, and trainer in two consulting firms. As a coach, I successfully supported many people in their professional reorientation. As an internal consultant for HR and organizational development in a financial service network, I supported many executives and company leaders as a coach during change processes in the company or challenging leadership situations. Sometimes, I was a coach to help employees understand their role more clearly. For almost 10 years, I worked as a HR developer in another financial services company, accompanying new executives into their new function, supporting the unfolding of potentials in employees, and guiding executives in implementing their change plans.
