For me, coaching is about gaining clarity and creating new possibilities for action through the interaction of role, context, and mindset. We explore both the external framework (tasks, roles, expectations) and the internal factors at play (beliefs, emotions, patterns). My approach combines systemic coaching methods with my own leadership experience.
