Bringing together people, perspectives and different points of view is an essential starting point for development. I believe lasting change takes root when people understand what matters, can contribute their experience and develop a shared sense of direction.

Helping companies and organisations evolve has been a constant throughout my career. From my earliest leadership roles, I supported companies through challenging situations, shaped strategic realignments and shared responsibility for mergers.

For more than 13 years, I continued this work as a management consultant across a range of sectors – particularly manufacturing, mechanical and plant engineering, technology and healthcare-related businesses, and social-sector organisations. My training in systemic consulting and coaching further broadened my understanding of people and organisational dynamics.

Most recently, I held a senior leadership role with responsibility for corporate development at an international industrial company. This gave me first-hand insight into every organisational level, from the shop floor to the executive team. I learnt that sound concepts alone do not change an organisation. What matters is how strategy, structures, processes, culture and people are brought together.

Today, as an organisational consultant and coach, I support companies, leaders and teams through strategy, organisational and change processes. My approach is grounded in understanding the situation, creating a shared sense of direction, and developing and implementing clear next steps.

I live with my family in Vorarlberg. Exercise, travel and time outdoors are important sources of energy for me. I particularly enjoy setting out on foot – sometimes for several days and many kilometres. The experience that clarity often emerges only as we move, and that we do not need to see the entire path from the outset, also shapes my work with people and organisations.
