Accompanying organisations and people in times of change and supporting employees and managers in their professional development is the core of my consulting and training activities. Enabling organisations to meet the challenges of our time constructively, creating fertile ground for positive and profitable corporate development and employee satisfaction and health is my vocation – my passion.​

Above all, this involves taking an honest look at the current situation and recognising and using resources and opportunities. After all, recognising people’s potential and promoting their strengths unleashes forces that often remain untapped. Thanks to my professional career as a senior consultant for well-known international companies, head of major international projects and most recently as an employee with management responsibility in an international company, I can draw on a rich repertoire of experience – both on a professional and social level.​

My favourite way to spend my free time is with my family and friends. I love simple travelling, listening to, reading or watching interesting stories and music in all its facets.​
