Bänz Rindlisbacher

As a consultant, I assist companies in change processes, especially in the development of strategies, in corporate development, in reorganizations, or for post-merger integration. I also enjoy working as a multilingual trainer and support executives through coaching. I work in German, French, and English.

With a degree in Business Administration, I have held leadership positions at various levels up to the executive board over a period of about 25 years. This experience gives me particular expertise in sales leadership in both B2B and B2C sectors. In addition, I have served as a municipal president and am a board member of a real estate company. My portfolio is rounded out by my role as a lecturer for a Swiss professional association. I find it easy to interact with a wide range of stakeholder groups, whether in the private sector or public sector and enjoy working with diverse cultures.

I am familiar with change initiatives as a leader, and this experience is complemented by several years of working as an independent consultant and as a partner in a medium-sized Swiss management consultancy. I look forward to bringing my skills to ComTeam.

Born in Bern in 1964, I lived for a long time in Western Switzerland. For about five years now, I have felt very comfortable living in Zurich. For relaxation, I engage in sports and am interested in politics, literature, and the visual arts. Additionally, I am passionate about cooking and enjoy tasting wines from all over the world.
