We decide together with our customers to what degree of digitalization of the learning process is the best support for the respective topic and target group.
Our many years of know-how in leadership competence and behaviour-oriented learning, as well as the use of the latest technologies, allow us to develop tailor-made Learning Journeys that achieve sustainable development.
We have digitalized many of our contents and are happy to integrate them into existing IT systems at our customers. Alternatively, we use ComTeam’s own tools such as the ComTeam Learning App, our dialog-oriented web-based trainings
