Working Methods, Techniques, Principles

I use current challenges from the coachee’s everyday professional life to recognize behavior patterns. Models and methods from consulting and training work support when needed to better understand situations, one’s own behavior, and that of other people. New behavior is jointly tested. I very much integrate “SolutionsFocus”, i.e., solution-oriented thinking and acting into my work. The understanding and application of the “3 Principles”, i.e., Thought, Mind, and Consciousness, produce an exceptionally good effect on my clients.
