Blended learning for maximum effectiveness

“We use the possibilities of digitalization to increase our effectiveness.” We are committed to this part of our mission statement. We also clearly state when digital learning formats do not bring any benefit. Avoiding overload and joyfully enabling development and success – we give you the tools that support you optimally in your development process. In designing our trainings and programs, we therefore use a range of digital tools and learning content. We decide together with our customers to what degree of digitalization of the learning process is the best support for the respective topic and target group.

Our many years of know-how in leadership competence and behaviour-oriented learning, as well as the use of the latest technologies, allow us to develop tailor-made Learning Journeys that achieve sustainable development.

We have digitalized many of our contents and are happy to integrate them into existing IT systems at our customers. Alternatively, we use ComTeam’s own tools such as the ComTeam Learning App, our dialog-oriented web-based trainings
