Conversations, inputs, learning experiments, applying to personal cases, reflection, and feedback from colleagues and trainers form the didactic framework. Current theory and proven experience from five decades of professional training and consulting work effectively support you in your personal challenges.

Changing successfully
ComTeam consultants are experienced change management experts who bring security and stability to your change processes. We support you to ensure successful change by qualifying, structuring and planning, moderating, supervising, and sometimes mediating.
Accompany workshops and processes
Workshops, meetings, projects, and change initiatives can achieve a lot. Well-trained moderators and facilitators are indispensable in this context. Both roles require human depth and methodological breadth. Human depth refers to the inner attitude we describe as impartial. It means having the sensitivity to sense what is helpful. When the goal is clear, the “how” becomes crucial. This is where methodological breadth comes into play. As the often-quoted Paul Watzlawick knew: “If all you have is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail.”
