Thomas Brugger

Since 2009, I have been supporting leaders in being sustainably effective in their role and in their system.

My own C-level experience in global organizations – including Mondelez, Paulaner, Red Bull – have taught me that there is no one-fits-all-model for leadership.

At the same time, I am convinced that leadership makes the difference, particularly in times of disruption: effective leaders succeed in balancing clarity and focus on the one hand and openness and adaptability on the other. Through active leadership at all three organisational levels – structural, cultural and strategic – they foster the positive development of vibrant, adaptable organisations.

I live with my family in Salzburg and enjoy the cultural, sporting and leisure activities on offer here as well as the recreational value of being close to lakes and mountains.
