In everyday professional life, every variation of power play can be found, from gentle persuasion to a cold checkmate. However, power also enables us to advance and organise things. The subject of power surrounds us, yet it is seldom discussed.

It is time to bring this sensitive field into the light and reflect on it anew. Only then can an integral approach to power be possible, and a clear, constructive relationship to power and one’s own possibilities become evident.

In our seminar, you will reflect on your internal images of power and responsibility. How did they develop, and what effect do they have as you navigate hierarchies? You will examine your values regarding power, powerlessness, and responsibility and explore your strategies within this context. This way, you can become clear on how you want to handle personal power and responsibility. You can use your presence to embody authority derived from integrity.
