For over 10 years, I have been accompanying individuals, teams, and leadership systems through intentional change processes.

As a coach and process consultant, I constantly seek the opportunity to maintain a high quality of connection between the consultant and client systems, in order to place the most precise and coherent interventions in the sense of the participants’ desire for change.

I enjoy learning together and sharing my knowledge about systems, leadership, and development.

Privately, I live with my wife and our two sons in the south of Munich. Here, I enjoy the proximity to the city and at the same time the closeness to the wonderful nature in the surrounding area. When I am not working, I am fascinated by nature, sports, relationships, enjoyment, and good (technical) literature.
