For over 15 years, I have passionately dedicated myself to the development of leaders and the facilitation of change within teams. As a co-founder, I established ComTeam 9p GmbH and am currently a Senior Partner and authorised signatory at ComTeam AG. I have supported numerous companies, particularly leaders and teams, as a consultant and business coach. Guiding people through turbulent times has been rewarding, not only in my previous roles as a corporate leader but also personally as a youth sports coach and university lecturer.

Methods and Principles

I am working with proactive and solution-oriented methods that place the individual’s self-confidence and personal responsibility at the centre. To best understand the topics my coachees bring to me, I use personality diagnostics and systemic models. I support potential behavioural changes, for example, through self and external reflective questioning, narrative interviews, solution-oriented short-term counselling, role clarification, and mental techniques.

My Personal Approach

I work with cognitive solution methods that I combine with emotional and embodiment approaches. This helps me to explore the reasons behind individuals’ and teams’ behaviour and to encourage new ways of acting. I aim for collaboration in the flow zone, where fresh ideas and new solutions emerge. For me, working together is akin to a mental and emotional fitness studio, where goals are achieved, and resilience is built. This way, collaboration becomes enjoyable and yields good results.

My motto is: “No one knows enough to be a pessimist.” Trust, curiosity, and courage guide me through the process of change. Focus and discipline are my guarantees for implementation.
