Melissa Hensch

As a coach, trainer and diagnostic consultant, it is my heartfelt desire to help shape the working world of tomorrow through innovative, creative ideas and my systemic, open-minded approach. For me, courageous, honest leadership and strength-based, personal development are just as key as the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically. I convey all of this to my clients with great joy and energy. I love supporting people as they grow, rethink and reimagine.

Through my degree in psychology, specialising in work and clinical psychology, alongside-the-job training as a systemic consultant and business coach, and twelve years’ professional experience as an in-house HR developer and external consultant in international corporations and medium-sized industrial businesses, I have built up a diverse repertoire of industry and methodological knowledge. I apply this flexibly and tailor it to each individual situation.

After a few years in Berlin, as a native of Cologne, I was drawn back to the most beautiful city on the Rhine, where I live with my partner and son. Yoga, exercise and delving into the latest specialist literature on leadership, psychology and spirituality give me the energy and inspiration for personal growth.
