Expectations of leadership and collaboration have changed rapidly in recent years. Managers are expected to be leaders, change managers, agile coaches, facilitators, and problem solvers in equal measure. They should be courageous and decisive, enable participation, be assertive and empathetic, be able to deal flexibly with change and remain emotionally stable. With all these demands, you can sometimes forget about yourself.

To ensure that this doesn’t happen, managers need the opportunity to analyse their role requirements and themselves in depth. This is what our management seminars and more detailed programmes are for.
