Caring for people in companies is not just a matter of good manners, respect, or kindness. It is a lever for sustainably increasing competitiveness and, yes, it also simply feels great! 

This conviction has shaped my professional journey from the very beginning and continues to influence all my consulting engagements today. 

As a consultant and coach, I support leaders, teams, and organisations in shaping their path to success. I draw on a toolbox of methods that enables me to be effective in this role. I also actively contribute my experiences from other professional stages—always as an offering, sometimes as advice, when requested. 

Personally, I am an Italian cultural wanderer: 

• I am passionate about modern art, design, and architecture, as well as classical music and opera.
• My need for social impact in my work is fulfilled by my experience as an advisor for NGOs.
• As an Italian, I am also a lover of Italy: I appreciate the cuisine and culture of my homeland and cherish spending summers by the Italian Mediterranean.
• Despite my love for exploring the world, I believe that the most important journey is the one within.
