Gabriele König


I live with my family in Munich, where I also completed my studies in Business Administration (BWL), and have been working for several years as a freelance consultant, coach, and trainer.

My experiences at home and abroad as a project leader and executive have shaped me and ignited my enthusiasm for different cultures, organizations, and the people at their core. That’s why I particularly enjoy working with international teams, and I do so in English whenever possible.

My work focuses on project and change management, as well as cultural development. In consulting, I prioritize an implementation-oriented approach. As a coach, I support executives in challenging project contexts and accompany teams through cultural and organizational change processes, in workshops and trainings.

I hold certifications in both classic and agile project management (PMI/Scrum Alliance), and have completed training in change management and systemic coaching.
