As a certified systemic organizational developer, coach, and supervisor (DGSF), I passionately support the development of executives, teams, and organizations in (agile) transformation processes. For me, effective organizations consist primarily of strong and capable teams.

My clients benefit from my nearly 25 years of experience with change in companies. As a responsible executive in marketing, sales, and change management for a globally leading family business, I have personally experienced the tensions that necessary changes can generate in executives and their teams.

Today, I combine my extensive management experience with the solution-focused and resource-oriented systemic approach and helpful agile methods to create new perspectives and effective solutions for my clients.

Practicality, sustainability, and relevance are just as important to me in my work as a good portion of joy and courage to be creative.

I meet all my clients with unbiased curiosity, appreciation, and trust—and each time I am fascinated anew by the paths we create together, each unique from the other.

As a native of the Black Forest, it was almost 25 years ago that I was drawn to the expanse of the North. With my family, I discover the world & good food from our home port of Hamburg, and I can hardly imagine life without long walks along the Elbe with our Labrador Lucky and without books.
