​20 years of experience in local and international roles as a leader, HR professional, coach, and trainer, as well as my consulting experience in various organizational change projects, form my professional foundation. I work in both German and English and am adept at conducting sessions in person as well as via online media.​

I love learning, which is why I have pursued various further education opportunities in Systemic Organizational Development, Mediation, and Agile Methods (including Design Thinking, Scrum) during and after my studies in psychology.​

Living between Wiesbaden and Frankfurt, I am the mother of two young people whose development I follow with fascination and sometimes amazement. I have been a passionate horse rider since elementary school — it has been my source of balance, adventure, contact, and fun for many years!​
