Marc Gassmann

I support organisations and leaders through complex change and in their ongoing development. For me, people are always at the heart of the work. Whether it is an individual, a leader, a team or the organisation as a whole, I help them build on existing strengths, clarify obstacles and shape sustainable paths into the future together.

As an organisational development consultant, systemic coach and lecturer, I work on topics such as team and organisational development, corporate culture, Leadership, as well as transformation and mindset. My exchange with an international network of experienced consultants within the ComTeamGroup continually inspires and enriches my work.

For more than 20 years, I have supported international and intercultural projects. I have worked in large consulting firms and also as a project manager in SMEs. Along the way, I have gained experience across a wide range of sectors, from financial services, high tech, industry and energy to research, real estate and architecture, as well as tourism, public administration and NGOs. This breadth has sharpened my awareness of dynamics, power structures and cultural differences.

My engineering degree, combined with an Executive MBA and a postgraduate qualification in Coaching, supervision and organisational consulting, brings together analytical thinking and systemic process work. I am a member of the BSO, the professional association for Coaching, supervision and organisational consulting, and I am actively involved in the Zurich regional impulse group. My systemic perspective shapes the way I work. I see organisations as living systems and use bespoke interventions tailored to the organisation’s specific situation and culture.

My passion for travel and for getting to know people and cultures enriches my work and continually broadens my perspective on different points of view.
