My personal attitude

In coaching, I act as a guide and support managers in the development and ‘anchoring’ of (newly acquired) perspectives as well as in decision-making and upheaval situations.
My way of working is based on process competence, a systemic, resource- and solution-oriented approach, diverse industry experience and is characterised in particular by appreciation, tolerance, curiosity, courage, empathy, authenticity and life experience.
In my opinion, the repertoire of methods says little about the quality and success of coaching. The art of coaching is to use the right intervention for the individual client. So every coaching session is different!
